High Definition Skin and Facial Rejuvenation Results – That Only Portrait® Plasma Gives You

The advent of plasma technology has opened a new chapter on facial rejuvenation and skin regeneration treatments. Portrait® PSR facial rejuvenation is simple, non-invasive and the results speak for themselves.

What can Portrait® PSR3 do for me?

Portrait® plasma skin regeneration also known as Portrait® PSR is unlike any other treatment available today. It is the first and only technology proven to deliver true skin regeneration. Portrait® PSR is effective in reducing the look of fine lines and deep wrinkles, treating sun-damaged skin, improving skin elasticity and texture, improving acne scars and tightening the skin with minimal downtime.

While some treatments lead to improved skin only at the surface, clinically proven Portrait® PSR alters structures below the surface, creating unique conditions for continuing regeneration and improvements in wrinkles, tone, texture and discoloration. Portrait® PSR creates dramatic results that improve over time as the new architecture progressively replaces the old. New healthy collagen growth will improve contours and enhance your overall appearance.

How does Portrait® PSR3 work?

Portrait® PSR3 which stands for plasma skin regeneration, uses high energy plasma to improve the appearance of sundamaged or photo-aged skin. This new breakthrough system is not a laser, a light or an injection. Instead, the Portrait® PSR3 delivers tiny pulses of nitrogen plasma to the skins surface. Nitrogen plasma generates a very controlled heat that targets below the surface initiating a skin rejuvenation process. Meanwhile, the skin’s outer layers are preserved acting as a natural protective dressing immediately following the Portrait® PSR procedure. Energy is transferred to the skin without direct contact with the skin, so there is no “open” wound and therefore minimal downtime.

How many Portrait® PSR3 treatments are needed?

Typically 1-4 Portrait® PSR treatments are recommended depending on your skin’s condition and the level of improvement you are seeking relative to downtime.

What should I expect during and after a Portrait® PSR3 treatment?

You may feel a localized sensation of heat during the brief Portrait® PSR procedure. Depending on the level of treatment a topical numbing cream, anesthetic nerve block or oral pain medication may be used. At lower levels of Portrait® PSR treatment there will be some mild redness and flaking of the skin. At higher levels, the outer layer of skin browns and is shed in 3 to 5 days. Once this occurs, the redness of the regenerated skin will last for 2-3 days. Shedding may take a little longer at the edges of the treated area. The severity and duration of side effects depends on the skin type and setting used during a treatment. Sun exposure should be avoided at least 2 weeks prior to treatment and sunscreen is a must before and after a Portrait® PSR treatment.
